This session will focus on the processes associated with the RCx/MBCx efforts, discuss the
current environment around these initiatives, investigate the tools used to implement
RCx/MBCx programs, provide several implementation examples and lessons learned, introduce
the concepts taught within a university’s MBCx program, and present the new Mass Save
programs available starting this year.
